PRP – Platelet Rich ‘Liquid Gold’
Platelet Rich ‘Injectable Gold’ is a natural occurring component of your own blood. PRP encourages skin rejuvenation by stimulating the growth of your own collagen and improving blood supply to the tissue, both of which are important factors in anti-aging therapies. Your Skin tone and texture will improve as the PRP stimulates new collagen growth. Visible results take up to 12 weeks and clinical studies have shown that the effect continues over time and usually lasts longer than any other injections therapies.

Our Registered Nurses will draw a sample of your blood (same technique as a blood test). Blood cells are then separated by a centrifuge machine to separate out your ‘liquid gold’ from your red blood cells. This is then directly injected into the patient’s desired treatment area. To accelerate the hydrating effects of this treatment your Skin Nurse can add 1ml of Skin Booster to your PRP preparation.
The treatment also includes topical anaesthetic, LED & Hydration Mask post treatment.
