Shipping and Returns Policy 

We offer express and tracked shipping on all orders, charged at a flat rate of $18.50. Your products are shipped from our clinic in Perth, CBD and our shipping option delivers in 1-3 business days for most Metro postcodes. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.

All orders are dispatched with Australia Post, and are delivered directly to your door. Once dispatched, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

  • 1-3 business days WA
  • 2-6 business days NSW, ACT, SA & QLD, NT, Tasmania

Once shipped The Skin Nurse is not liable for any loss or damage to products posted.  If you wish to purchase shipping insurance please contact us at the clinic on 0491061399 and we can arrange this for you (for an additional cost).

Returns Policy

Returns

The Skin Nurse has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases of goods or services if you change your mind. Furthermore, our ‘no refund’ policy applies to medical procedures (including injectables) as well as dermal treatments and procedures.

Please note that our treatments, services and packages are not transferrable to other individuals, and they cannot be swapped for other treatments or services. Furthermore, booking fees are non-refundable but can remain on your clinic account as a credit.

Exchanges may be provided within 14 days of purchase for retail items if remaining in original packaging and unused however we do not offer refunds or exchanges on used products under any circumstances.

Shipping

If you would like to return a product, please reach out to hellotheskinnurse@gmail.com for approval prior to returning your product.  Once approved, please mail your product to: The Skin Nurse, Level 1, 34 King Street, Perth, WA6000.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for the shipping of your returned item.
